OUR SERVICES
WHAT WE DO
Our way of working is based on four key values Clarity, Quality, Integrity and Creativity
SCROLL DOWNOur architecture is driven by a belief that the quality of our surroundings has a direct influence on the quality of our lives, whether at home, in the workplace, the cultural building or the public realm.
The same thinking applies at the larger scale of infrastructure, whether that is an airport, a metro system, a city centre or a regional plan.
Design in that sense is all-embracing, ranging from the functional and environmental performance of a building to a concern for its physical and cultural context. Not least is a concern for the ‘poetic’ dimension, such as we find in the modelling and sculpting of spaces by natural light.
As the builder of some of the world’s most iconic and challenging structures ever conceived, ArtDesign transforms design concepts into tangible assets through a comprehensive approach to construction that is informed by our diverse technical expertise.
From urban centers to remote, environmentally sensitive locations, from mass transit terminals to water treatment plants, from concert halls to ports, from power plants to stadiums, from natural gas refineries to super-tall commercial and residential towers, ArtDesign builds, expands and modernizes nearly every building, critical system, and key infrastructure type that comprises the modern urban environment, truly building a better world.
We believe that architecture should provide a seamless experience, from outside to inside.
The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client’s needs and the way in which a room, or sequence of spaces will be used. We have created interiors that span the spectrum from private houses to office towers; from art galleries to industrial buildings.
The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of colour, and the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme; and each element involves the same process of questioning and refinement as the building itself.
Outdoor areas are often the last to receive design attention, but they shouldn’t be – the landscape that surrounds your home is just as important as what’s in it!
Whether it’s a manicured front lawn, stone-paved pathway or intricate garden design, landscapes benefit from the same attention to detail as any room in your house.
Well-executed landscaping ideas can complement your home’s entire aesthetic, and the right plants, flowers and shrubbery can greatly enhance your curb appeal by adding color, texture and even fragrance to your yard.
